Website Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Boise Hypnosis website, including its Guides, AI Assistant, scheduling pathway, articles, research papers, and other website materials. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website Information Is Not Treatment

The website provides general educational information and tools for prospective clients. Using the website, reading a Guide, communicating with the AI Assistant, or scheduling a consultation does not create a practitioner-client relationship, establish that hypnotherapy is appropriate for you, or mean that Boise Hypnosis has accepted you for treatment.

Only John Wylie can determine whether Boise Hypnosis will offer treatment, and that decision occurs through the consultation and Personalized Treatment Plan process. Website content is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other professional advice and does not replace care from an appropriately licensed professional.

Emergencies and Health Decisions

Boise Hypnosis does not provide emergency or crisis services through this website. Do not use the website or AI Assistant for an emergency, an immediate safety concern, or a decision about starting, stopping, or changing medical or mental-health treatment. Contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional when urgent help is needed.

The AI Assistant

The AI Assistant helps explain website information, check understanding of the Guides, and conduct a preliminary readiness-and-fit assessment. It uses automated language-model technology and can misunderstand a question or produce an incomplete or inaccurate response.

The AI Assistant cannot diagnose, provide emergency help, guarantee a consultation, accept anyone for treatment, override John’s judgment, or create or change an appointment or payment obligation on its own. Its screening is preliminary. John personally decides whether a consultation or treatment is appropriate.

Do not rely on the AI Assistant as the sole source for an important health, safety, legal, or financial decision. Review the Privacy and Data Use notice before sharing personal or health information.

Consultations, Treatment, and Program Terms

Services are offered only when the requested work is within Boise Hypnosis’s scope, the prospective client is an appropriate fit, and in-person or online service is legally and practically available. No particular service, consultation time, program, or result is promised by the website.

Current public prices and key program policies appear on the Pricing and Programs page. Before treatment begins, clients receive a Personalized Treatment Plan and complete client agreement covering the recommended program, payment, scheduling, cancellations, missed appointments, recordings, participation, refunds, and other treatment-specific terms. Those written treatment documents control treatment services. If a treatment document conflicts with these Website Terms, the treatment document controls for that treatment matter.

No Guaranteed Result

Boise Hypnosis does not guarantee that hypnosis or any particular program will produce a specific result, or that change will occur within a particular number of sessions. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, treatment fit, participation, and factors outside Boise Hypnosis’s control.

Children and Teenagers

A parent’s or guardian’s use of the website does not establish that treatment is appropriate for a child or teenager. Suitability is assessed individually and depends on the young person’s developmental level, willingness and ability to participate, the requested goal, family and safety conditions, existing care, and other relevant circumstances. Parent or guardian involvement is required when applicable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and only for its intended educational and prospective-client purposes. You may not:

• misrepresent your identity or provide information you know is false;
• attempt to bypass eligibility, consent, scheduling, security, or access controls;
• interfere with the website, its database, the AI Assistant, or another person’s use;
• introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape the website at disruptive volume, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the service; or
• use website content or AI Assistant output to harm, deceive, impersonate, or unlawfully profile another person.

Intellectual Property

The website’s original copy, Guides, graphics, brand elements, software, treatment explanations, Unified Absorption Model materials, and other original content belong to Boise Hypnosis, John Wylie, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may read and use the public website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Unless the law permits it or Boise Hypnosis gives written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, create derivative works from, or use substantial portions of the materials to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence system. Ordinary links to public pages are permitted.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to services operated by others, including OpenAI for AI and voice processing, Pykthos/GoHighLevel for scheduling, and providers of embedded media or external resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Boise Hypnosis does not control the availability, security, accuracy, or content of an independent third-party service.

Privacy

The Privacy and Data Use notice explains what the website stores, how the AI Assistant and voice input work, when information may be shared for John’s review, and how to request deletion. That notice is part of these Terms.

Website Availability and Accuracy

Boise Hypnosis works to keep the website useful and accurate, but the website may contain an error, become unavailable, or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boise Hypnosis, LLC and John Wylie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the website, reliance on website or AI-generated information, or an independent third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Boise Hypnosis may update these Terms as the website or its services change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
